Returns & refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when items can be returned, the exclusions that apply to hygiene and installed products, and how refunds are processed.

14-day returns window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn;
  • Uninstalled — not mounted, drilled, screwed or adhered;
  • In their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and fittings;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

This is in addition to any statutory rights you have under the consumer laws of England and Wales.

Hygiene & safety exclusions

For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty:

  • Items used in a bathroom hygiene setting (for example toothbrush holders, soap dispensers and cups once filled or used);
  • Bath mats and linen baskets that have been used or laundered;
  • Adhesive labels and hooks once the backing has been removed or applied;
  • Any item where the sealed packaging has been opened and the item used.

Installed & mounted items

Wall shelves, over-door racks, adhesive caddies and similar items cannot be returned once they have been mounted, drilled or adhered, unless faulty. Please read the fitting and weight guidance on each product page and check your wall type and measurements before installing.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@jfkph.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions and the return address within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back using a tracked service.

Return shipping costs

  • If the return is because the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or sent in error, we cover return shipping.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email to confirm approval.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
  • Refunds are made in USD, the currency of the original charge.

Faulty items & warranty

If an item develops a fault that is not caused by misuse, contact us with photographs and a description. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate and in line with your statutory rights.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us as soon as possible and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once dispatched, the returns process above applies.
