What currency are your prices in?
All prices and payments are in US Dollars (USD). Any import duties or local taxes in your country are separate and set by your local authorities.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide from the UK. Delivery estimates by region are listed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Orders over $55 ship free with tracking.
How long will my order take?
We process orders in 1–2 business days. Delivery then typically takes 2–4 days in the UK, 6–12 days to the US and Canada, and 8–18 days for the rest of the world.
Can I return an item?
Yes — unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Hygiene items and installed products have limits, explained in our Returns & Refund Policy and on each product page.
Why can’t some items be returned once opened?
For health and hygiene reasons, items such as toothbrush holders, cups, bath mats and adhesive labels cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty. This protects all of our customers.
Will adhesive caddies and hooks damage my tiles?
Our adhesive mounts are designed for smooth, sealed tile, glass or acrylic and remove cleanly when warmed and peeled slowly. They are not suitable for textured stone, grout lines, wallpaper or painted plaster. Check each product’s fitting guidance before use.
How much weight can wall-mounted items hold?
Every mounting product lists its weight rating and the wall types it suits. Rated loads for screw-fixed shelves assume solid masonry or timber; reduce the load and use suitable cavity anchors on plasterboard. Always avoid drilling where pipes or cables may run.
Do you sell fragile items, and what if one breaks in transit?
Some products include glass and are double-boxed for transit. If anything arrives damaged, do not use it — email us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you, return postage included.
Do you provide plumbing or installation services?
No. We are a homeware retailer and sell organisation products only. We do not offer plumbing, heating, gas, installation or repair services.
Can I order in bulk for a hotel or property?
